I made these last night, but am just finally getting around to posting them. They’re seriously delicious, and really, really easy to make. Highly recommended!
Marinated Sesame Cucumbers, Asian Style
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • 3/4T sesame oil
  • 1/2t hot chili oil
  • 2T soy sauce
  • 1/2t sugar
  • 2t sesame seeds
  1. In a separate bowl, mix the ingredients
  2. Cut each cumber slice in half
  3. Pour the mixture into a plastic bag.
  4. Drop in the cucumber slices, rub the marinade all over them, and then seal up the bag (make sure there’s as little air as possible).
  5. Let it sit in the fridge for about an hour and a half.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy! Seriously, it’s that easy.
